Wunmi works as a Trainee Solicitor in the Social Housing Team providing representation exclusively for social landlords including, but not limited to possession on all grounds on the 1985, 1988 and 1996 Housing Act for rent arrears, anti-social behaviour matters, access Injunctions, evictions – opposing applications to stay warrant of eviction.

Wunmi joined Glazer Delmar in August 2019 and has over 10 years’ experience in the legal industry.

Paul was admitted as a solicitor in February 2003 and has specialised in all areas of Social Housing Law throughout, advising local governments and housing associations.  Paul has conducted cases up to and including the House of Lords and Supreme Court. He has extensive experience of managing public sector contracts with a team of lawyers. Until recently he was a co-opted member of a national Housing Association board.

Jeannette has been working in the legal profession for over 20 years, primarily in the area of family law. Fabienne joined Glazer Delmar in September 2010 as a paralegal in the Social Housing Department. She attended the School of Law at the University of Westminster and was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives as of 2 February 2017.

Marie has particular experience in dealing with antisocial behaviour, including injunctions and antisocial behaviour orders and was successful in obtaining the first gang injunction in 2011. She has also dealt with a range of matters including possession claims, squatters actions and access injunctions. Marie joined Glazer Delmar in November 2012.

Norien joined Glazer Delmar in September 2006 as a paralegal in the property department. She then went on to complete her training contract, having completed a seat in Social Housing. Norien qualified as a solicitor in September 2009.

Joy was admitted as a solicitor in August 1995 and has experience in the area of housing management litigation. She has extensive experience in dealing with various types of possession proceedings, squatters proceedings, anti-social behaviour injunctions, access injunctions and housing disrepair. Joy joined Glazer Delmar in 2009.

Tara trained at a large provincial firm and qualified as a solicitor in August 2006. She has acted for both Landlords and Tenants. She has undertaken a wide range of housing cases including possession based on rent arrears, breach of tenancy, trespasser proceedings and anti-social behaviour. She also has experience dealing with homelessness, reviews and appeals, ASB injunctions and housing disrepair cases. Tara joined Glazer Delmar in August 2008 and became a partner in December 2011.

Andrew was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in May 1998 and joined Glazer Delmar in June 2006. He specialises in housing law and has acted for both landlords (ranging from large RSL’s to small co-operative) and tenants. He has wide ranging experience in general property litigation matters and before joining Glazer Delmar, worked with two large city firms dealing with a full range of housing and commercial property litigation. He assumed the role of Head of Department in October 2007. He became a partner in July 2010.

Harpreet joined Glazer Delmar  in 2016.  She has previously worked in a variety of firms including Preston-Rouse, PCB Lawyers, May, May and Merrimans,  Taylor Rose TTKW and Cunningtons LLP.  Harpreet covers a wide range  of residential property work but her area of specialism is new build properties having previously worked with a number of developers such as Barratts, Bovis Homes, Crest Nicolson and Bellway.

Nick came to the United Kingdom from New Zealand in 2001, qualifying as a solicitor in 2003. Nick has worked with Westminster Council in the Planning and Property Department, with Trowers & Hamlins acting for various Registered Social Landlords in their Exeter office and latterly with Anthony Gold Solicitors in London covering a wide range of property, enfranchisement and probate work. Nick has a broad range of experience in residential conveyancing and leasehold enfranchisement. Nick joined Glazer Delmar in 2011.

Caroline trained at TV Edwards in Whitechapel where she spent over a year in the Conveyancing Department. On qualifying in 1991, she moved to Edward Fail Bradshaw & Waterson where she specialised in residential and commercial conveyancing, including acting for Docklands Light Railway. Caroline moved to Glazer Delmar in 1995, specialising in residential conveyancing. She was made a partner in December 1997.
